When appropriate, we work extensively with the Enneagram leadership and personality typology. The Meyer-Briggs is also sometimes used, as a supplement to the Enneagram. When assessments are needed, we are certified in The Center for Creative Leadership’s high quality assortment of assessment tools. These include executive and other individual leaders, and team assessments.
No two leaders or teams are treated the same. Through interviews, an assessment is made and the work is designed. Once underway, progress is regularly assessed and the work collaboratively shifted.
